Payment Terms
The owner of the website nordspace.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is UTIISIB "Nordspace" (company code 305564463), with its registered address at Švitrigailos g. 11A, LT-03228 Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner").
The Website provides the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee/Party") with the opportunity to enter into a lease agreement with UAB “Tarandės valda” (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor/Party") for premises located in the "Nordspace" building complex (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Agreement") for a specified fee and to make the deposit payment indicated in the Lease Agreement. These payment terms regulate the rights and obligations of the Lessor and Lessee when concluding the Lease Agreement through the Website and making the deposit payment specified in the Lease Agreement.
The Lease Agreement is an integral part of these payment terms, obligating both the Lessor and Lessee to comply with the conditions set forth in the agreement. These payment terms apply to all rental premises located in the "Nordspace" building complexes listed on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Property").
The characteristics of the Property and the monthly rental price are indicated for each Property on the Website. The rental price of the Property depends on the duration of the Lease Agreement chosen by the Lessee, as well as any additional equipment (if the Property includes the option of additional equipment). The exact rental price of the Property will be displayed on the Website after the Lessee selects the lease period and additional equipment (if applicable). The rental price listed on the Website will be supplemented with VAT and the fee for additional equipment. Payments by the Lessee under the Lease Agreement and the payment terms are further detailed in the Lease Agreement. Before paying the deposit specified in the Lease Agreement, please thoroughly review the obligations set forth in the agreement, the measurements of the selected Property, and the option to acquire additional equipment (if applicable). Before entering into the Lease Agreement and paying the deposit, the Lessee has the right to inspect the condition of the Property. If necessary, please contact us via email at info@nordspace.lt.
Order Confirmation
To confirm the order, it is necessary to select an appropriate available Property on the Website along with additional equipment (if the Property includes the option of additional equipment), fill in the required fields, carefully read the pre-filled Lease Agreement, sign it digitally, and pay the deposit and the first month's rent using the payment interface. The first month's rent for the Property is calculated proportionally to the number of rental days for that month until the following month.
The Lease Agreement becomes effective on the day it is digitally signed by both Parties, and the Lessee successfully pays the deposit and rent through the bank link.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is not possible to transfer the Property, the Lessee must be informed as soon as possible, and the Parties will then follow the procedures set forth in the Lease Agreement or in legal regulations.
The deposit is considered a security measure for any amounts owed by the Lessee to the Lessor related to the Agreement, including securing the Lessee's obligations to vacate the Property and may be used without prior notice to the Lessee. Upon the termination of the Agreement and the satisfaction of all the Lessor's claims, the entire or remaining part of the deposit will be returned to the Lessee within ___ calendar days.
Property Transfer
The transfer of the Property will be carried out at the time and under the conditions agreed upon in the Lease Agreement. Before the transfer of the premises, the Lessee must have paid the deposit and rent, and the Lease Agreement must be digitally signed by both the Lessor and the Lessee. A transfer/acceptance act will be signed during the handover of the premises, which is an integral part of the Lease Agreement.
Duration and Termination of the Lease Agreement
The Lease Agreement may be terminated under the conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement.
Before paying the deposit, please thoroughly review the conditions specified in the Agreement.
Right to File Complaints
When transferring the Property, a bilateral property transfer-acceptance act is drawn up, which establishes the condition of the Property, the readings of utility meters, and other clarifying circumstances if necessary. The Parties commit to noting all deficiencies related to the Property in the transfer-acceptance document, and afterward, the Lessee cannot claim deficiencies not indicated in the document.
The Lessor's liability for the condition of the Property is specified in the Lease Agreement, which we ask you to thoroughly review. The Lessor is liable only for the circumstances specified in the Lease Agreement or if such liability is inevitably established by law.
Processing of Personal Data
The Website uses the personal data provided by the Lessee (including name, surname/company name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) solely for the purpose of concluding the Lease Agreement and executing the deposit and rent payment process.
By confirming the order, the Lessee grants the Lessor permission to process their personal data to the extent necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Lease Agreement and to pay the deposit and rent specified in the Agreement, including permission to transfer personal data to Kevin EU, where the data will be processed to the extent necessary to execute the deposit and rent payments specified in the Lease Agreement.
The Website will not send promotional materials to the Lessee. The Website has the right to use the Lessee's data provided in the Lease Agreement solely for the purposes specified in the Lease Agreement.
Modern cybersecurity solutions are used for the processing and storage of personal data on the Website.
Dispute Resolution
Dispute resolution and complaint submission will take place in accordance with the procedures specified in the Lease Agreement. The Parties will first attempt to resolve all disagreements through negotiation.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the Parties may refer to the court in accordance with the procedures specified in the Lease Agreement.
