The smart premises business park is under construction in Warsaw's Bemów district, near the city's main transportation routes. Similar to the premises in Lithuania, the units in Poland will be managed through a smart application, allowing for gate access control, video surveillance, and lighting control. 

We are planning to set up 84 business units for small and medium-sized businesses, with areas ranging from 40 sq. m. to 122 sq. m.

The modular premises business park, covering an area of approximately 5,000 sq. m is expected to be completed by January 2025. Currently, part of the premises is already rented out.
