Vilnius and Kaunas are already marked on the "Nordspace" map, and now Klaipėda will be marked as well, starting from September 12th. 

We are opening a business park with smart premises, where 52 tenants will be located. Almost half of the space is already occupied due to the city's excellent logistical position and strategic port. 

We believe that the business park will attract young business talents and start-ups to settle here, increasing international investors' interest in the city and helping Klaipėda's business community grow. 

The business boxes are available in two standard sizes: 42-68 sq. m. and 69-92 sq. m. They are designed for various activities, from office space for working at the computer to storage or production space. It's important to remember that the business boxes can be flexibly adapted and connected to create the space you need.
